7:00 p.m.: Dinner* with featured speaker *You are welcome to bring your own bottle of New York State wine (no corkage fee) for dinner. *Complete 3 course dinner is prepared by students in the School of Culinary Arts Featuring menu items that are grown and/or processed in New York State Entrée Choices (indicate preference when you register):

- NYS Maple Glazed Salmon
- Vegetarian Burrito
All entrees above will start with a red leaf salad with local ingredients.
