7:00 p.m.: Dinner* with featured speaker *You are welcome to bring your own bottle of New York State wine (no corkage fee) for dinner. *Complete 3 course dinner is prepared by students in the School of Culinary Arts Featuring menu items that are grown and/or processed in New York State Entrée Choices (indicate preference when you register):

  • Roast Sirloin of Beef
  • NYS Maple Glazed Salmon
  • Vegetarian Burrito

All entrees above will start with a red leaf salad with local ingredients.

Dessert – NYS Poached Pear with local ice cream

Please join us to learn more about synergies between CALS and key industry partners, and hear specifically how Wegmans Food Markets is working with CALS to build the Artisan Cheese Program while supporting sustainable, economic growth in New York State.
