zincks-spirit-international cornellCornell Club of the Greater Capital District’s presents International Spirit of Zinck’s 2012

Thursday, October 18, 2012

Time:        5:30 pm – 8:30 pm

Where:     Franklin’s Tower, 414 Broadway, Albany NY

What:        Zinck’s Night! Theodore Zinck was a saloonkeeper in Ithaca in the 1890s and his pub was a popular gathering-place for Cornellians. When the last “Zinck’s” closed in the mid-1960s, celebrating the “Spirit of Zinck’s” became a favorite Thursday-night Collegetown tradition for undergraduates and thousands of Cornellians worldwide. Join local Cornellians from the Greater Capital District as we partake in this annual ritual, enjoy Cornell trivia and sing a Big Red song or two.

Who:        Cornellians and their friends

Dress:        Casual

Food & Drink: Delicious heavy and light appetizers provided. Cash bar.

Registration & Who’s coming: Sorry, because we need a before-event head-count, no at-door registration possible.

Additional Info:    Matt Richwine,
