(Did you know that 2013 is also the 101st anniversary of the Cornell Cooperative Extension?) An expert on a host of agricultural issues, Prof. Dillard specializes in “rot”, that is, the biology, ecology and sustainable management of fungal pathogens of vegetable crops. She has promised to bring along “disease specimens.” Her program is living testament to the 150 years of good coming from Cornell’s 150-year status as the state’s Land Grant University.

This is sure to be a lively, informative event with a beautiful back drop. Annual meeting and club officer vote, too.
